UOC secretary Peninah Kabenge has confirmed that the assembly will take place at the Makerere University, Economic Policy Research Centre and will have the two items on the agenda.“We will be discussing the report and the financial reports. A committee led by lawyer Kavuma Kabenge, Michael Mungoma, Moustapha Mwesigye, Mary Musoke and Rose Acayo were nominated to replace the first one, whose report the assembly threw out and said was wanting. The first probe committee was led by G eoffrey Kihuguru with secretary Christopher Mugisa and Raphael Bwire.
